It’s understandable to have questions before scheduling your first appointment or class.
Below are some of our most frequently asked questions.

  • Philip recommends waiting at least a month after a loss. During that time, your loved one is making the transition to the Other Side, and if you try to contact them too early, it can be very confusing for the soul. Time can also help sooth the rawness of grief in your heart.

  • Readings are being held virtually.

    You will receive a Zoom link in your confirmation email. If you’d like to use another platform, such as FaceTime or Skype, you must reply to your confirmation email and let us know. Philip also offers phone readings for United States residents, but does not have international calling at this time.

  • Yes! Most people are a little anxious simply because they do not know what to expect. You will see that Philip has created a calm and comforting environment for your reading. The setting is bright and airy and the seating is cozy and comfortable. During your reading, you may experience a range of emotions — from the pain of grief — to the peace of relief. You may even find yourself laughing at times. What’s important to remember is that you are in a safe and compassionate space in which to express those feelings.

  • We ask that you prepare a few questions and write them down. Sometimes these readings can become emotional and having your questions written down is helpful. As a Medium, Philip reads “through” you. We encourage you to get to the place you will have your reading done 10-15 minutes before your session so you can be calm, and relaxed. We also suggest you choose a quiet place away from any distractions to ensure the best quality of reading. As always, if you have any questions, feel free to email us at phil@philipquinn.com.

  • Philip will send you an audio recording of your reading after it’s over. There’s no need to worry about recording your the reading on your end. Just get your questions ready!

  • We are so sorry to hear of the tremendous difficulties you are experiencing. Philip offers a select number of Emergency Readings typically within 1-2 weeks. Appointments are added regularly as his schedule allows. You can find these appointments on his booking page.

 

Class FAQs

  • Classes are held by Isaac, Philip’s guide; Philip relays the information. A class will not go into personal details, e.g. Philip will not bring your passed loved ones through to speak with you, but he will instead offer you Isaac’s information and tools to help you on your journey. Though you won’t speak with Philip directly, you will have the opportunity to ask questions in the chat and in a special Q&A feature.

  • If you’d like to, sure! But you don’t have to. The same information will be covered in both sessions, although there may be different questions answered. You will be sent the private links to both sessions so you may rewatch them again.

  • Classes are held virtually over Zoom. You will be sent the Zoom link in your class registration email.

  • We cannot guarantee that Isaac and Philip will be able to answer your question(s). Participants receive a form via email a few days in advance of the class to submit their questions ahead of time. There is also a Q&A submission opportunity during the class.

  • No. Though there will be a number of other people in attendance, Philip will be the only person on your screen. You will not see the other participants, nor will they see you.

  • No. Philip records his classes for you. If you register for one session, you’ll be emailed private links to rewatch both the Friday and Sunday classes.

  • You can find all of Philip’s classes in his store.
