Terms of service.

Limitation of Liability

Any psychic reading provided by QMLG, LLC, hereby, “QMLG”, (including, without limitation, by Philip Quinn on behalf of QMLG) to you personally, regardless of the medium in which it is provided, is intended for entertainment purposes only and is subject to your personal interpretation. Readings, classes, and other services provided by QMLG, are not intended to be —and should not be interpreted as — medical, financial, legal, psychological, or career advice. If you have a serious medical, financial or legal problem, you must immediately stop using QMLG’s provided services and seek the advice of a licensed professional.

Under no circumstances shall QMLG, its employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the services.

Refund Policy

In no event will QMLG refund the cost of a Private Reading or other event (such as another private service, class, online webinar, or group session) because you were dissatisfied with it. If you are unable to attend your booked service you may cancel the session by using the online booking agent, and - depending on timing - will be subject to the following reimbursements:

  • If a reading is canceled within 24 hours of start time: you will receive not receive a refund for your session.

  • If a reading is canceled between 48 and 24 hours of start time: you will receive 50% of your total reading cost, minus any transaction fees.

  • If a reading is canceled further than two days from start time: you will receive a full refund for your session.

Services cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged once purchased under any circumstances. Services missed because of the client’s circumstances will not be refunded or rescheduled.

While unlikely, QMLG may be required to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances beyond their control. QMLG will provide you email notice of any cancellation or rescheduling as soon as practicable after QMLG receives information regarding the same. In the unlikely event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, QMLG, at its sole discretion, will determine whether to issue a refund for the service.

Gift Card & Certificate Policy

By purchasing or attempting to redeem a Gift Certificate or Card purchased at www.philipquinn.com, you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:

  • This voucher is valid until two years from the date of issuance.

  • Not valid with any other offer or discount.

  • Valid for a single transaction only.

  • This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

  • Not redeemable to purchase gift cards.

  • Subject to availability.

  • No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.

  • No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers.

  • The terms and conditions of this gift card shall be amended at any time at the discretion of QMLG and shall be binding on the customer.
